Can I switch plans without a sales call?
Yes. Upgrades take effect at the next heartbeat. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period. The platform handles seat-count proration automatically.
What happens if I have more devices enrolled than my plan covers?
Nothing breaks immediately. You'll see a banner in the dashboard and we'll email you. After 14 days, additional devices revert to read-only until you upgrade.
Do you offer non-profit or education pricing?

How does the migration from Scalefusion / Hexnode / Intune work?
We provide a CSV importer + an Android profile migrator that re-enrolls existing devices without a factory reset. Most teams move 200 devices in under 2 hours with our help.
Where is data hosted?
EU (Frankfurt) and UAE (Dubai) regions for the Growth+ plans. US-East and APAC on Scale and Enterprise. Data residency is contractual — see /security for the full posture.
